Layout (living area 120 m2)
The spacious living room is spacious with large patio doors to the surrounding nature. The interior is decorated using natural materials and shades. You will find a comfortable seating area with Smart television and a spacious dining table. The open kitchen is modern and equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combi microwave and Nespresso machine, among other things. The living room is air-conditioned.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom with shower with Sunshower, bathtub and sink. The sunshower provides sunlight (UV light) and infrared in the bathroom, which helps to increase your resistance and gives your skin a healthy tan. The two bigger bedrooms also have a smart TV.

Through the French doors you enter the fine, spacious garden (1022 m2) on the edge of the park where you can enjoy the outdoors. The garden has a Jacuzzi® and a large fire pit, where you can all sit around. Further you can find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and two sunny terraces. There are also two hammocks if you just want to chill in the garden. There is also a private charging station for e- cars.

This villa lodge is pet-free.
