When you make a reservation with us, you enter into an agreement with us that involves rights and obligations for both parties.

For your upcoming stay, we ask you to give us a one-time online authorisation to collect (part of) the deposit, in case of damage or extra cleaning costs during the holiday.
This way, we save time during check-in and our guests can start enjoying the well-earned holiday they booked with Dutchen as soon as possible.
