Steps

  1. Before arrival, download the Dutchen App from the App Store or Google Play to make your stay even easier. Then simply activate your reservation:

  2. Click on ‘Activate reservation’

  3. Enter your reservation number

  4. Confirm with your postcode (1234XX) or the last six digits of your telephone number. Then you can get started right away: discover great extras to enrich your stay or chat with our support team if you have any questions.
