At Dún, you dine in the rhythm of the island. From a slow, unhurried breakfast to a long evening at the table — always with views of dunes, sea and the ever-changing light.

In the kitchen, Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot work with honest, seasonal ingredients sourced close to home. The flavours are pure and refined, without pretence, prepared with care and attention.

The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. Large windows invite the landscape inside, while soft materials create a sense of calm. Dún is the culinary heart of Elements: a place to taste, to share, and to feel no need to be anywhere else.
