Waddenduyn 2 is a comfortable 6-person holiday home with a large south-facing garden. The home is located on Park Waddenduyn, a small-scale holiday park with 9 thatched detached holiday homes, just outside the cosy village Den Burg.

Layout
The bright and cosy living room with spacious lounge sofa offers a cozy environment with lots of privacy. The French doors open onto the terrace and garden.

In the living room you will find a Smart TV (Samsung) and there is a dining table for 6 persons. The open kitchen, located at the front of the house, is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, gas hob (5 burners), kettle, milk frother, Nespresso coffee machine and a (filter) coffee machine.

The washing machine, dryer, hoover and ironing board with iron can be found in the adjacent utility room. The utility room also has a door to the outside. In the hall by the front door is a cloakroom and a separate toilet. The open staircase takes you to the first floor.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bright bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the master bedroom there are 2 single beds and a sofa bed (suitable for children). There is a second TV (with Blueray player) in this bedroom. The French doors give access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms also have 2 single beds (can be pushed apart if desired).

The holiday home is child-friendly and has a high chair, cot and stair gate. The driveway of the home can accommodate 2 cars. At the end of the driveway is a small wooden shed.

The home is separated on the left and right with a hedge. In the backyard you will find a spacious terrace with a garden table and chairs and parasol with two sunbeds. The garden borders a ditch.
