This house was renovated in March 2024 and furnished with a new design concept! Luxury 6-person holiday villa with an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit in a magnificent location adjacent to the edge of the woods. You can walk straight into the wonderful dunes from your garden!

The living room has wonderfully bright furnishings and large double doors leading to the garden, creating the ultimate outdoor feeling. This is where the large Smart TV and home cinema system is setup. Even on cold days it is great to relax around the cosy wood burning fireplace.

In the spacious eat-in kitchen the beautiful wall covering provides you with the ultimate beach feeling. The luxurious, open kitchen with a kitchen island is fully equipped and has, among others, a combination microwave oven, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a milk frother. The laundry room also has a separate freezer.

Upstairs are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with two single beds together (one of which has extra-long beds of 1.80 x 2.10 m) and a third bedroom with a nice bunk bed for the children. In the hallway you will find a spacious walk-in closet, ideal for your extensive holiday wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with large rain shower and a double washbasin.

You can relax in the garden on the wonderful luxury sun loungers; the garden also has a large set of garden furniture with a parasol and a Corten steel barbecue. You will be able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit until late in the evening.

There is an outdoor storage area next to the holiday villa , which is an ideal place to store your (rental) bicycle!

The whole house is equipped with a good, free WIFI connection.

Mooi Schoorl 5 is a child-friendly holiday rental and comes equipped with a high chair, baby cot, stair gate, children's tableware, games and electrical socket safety covers. Ideal for a family holiday!

Villapark Mooi Schoorl is a car-free holiday park; each holiday rental has its own parking space in the park's parking lot.
