The lovely holiday home, fitted with sun-resistant glass, has a bright living room with Smart TV, Sonos Playbar and a cosy wood-burning fireplace. The open kitchen with kitchen island is fully equipped and has an oven with microwave, Nespresso machine, milk frother and dishwasher.

Stairs lead to the upper floor with two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds placed side by side. Both bedrooms have their own modern en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a spacious bath/shower combination. The other bathroom has a large rain shower.

The large French doors in both the living room and the kitchen lead to the garden and the spacious terrace with a large dining table and a cosy fire pit. Here you can sit outside long into the evening. You will also find an electric barbecue for grilling on a beautiful day. The garden has a very favourable south/southwest sun exposure. In addition, the villa has an outdoor storage room, ideal for storing (e)bikes.

The villa is equipped with a high chair, cot and stair gate as standard.

Villapark Mooi Schoorl is a car-free park. Each holiday home has its own parking space in the park's car park.
