This house was renovated in March 2024 and furnished with a new design concept! Centrally located 4-5 person holiday home with a Wellness Tub, wood burning fireplace and cosy toddler room. The holiday home has a spacious and modern interior and has underfloor heating. The cosy living room has a wide Smart TV and a modern wood burning fireplace; you can enjoy a nice glass of wine in front of a crackling fire here.
The luxury kitchen has a kitchen island and is fully equipped with a combination microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a milk frother and a dishwasher. Adjacent to this is the spacious dining area where you can dine endlessly.
On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom features two side-by-side single beds and has its own Smart TV, in the other bedroom you will find two separate beds. The third, smaller room has been transformed into a cosy toddler bedroom where your child can sleep and play happily. The toddler bed is 70 cm x 160 cm, please bring your own bed linen for this bed (a toddler duvet is provided).
The bathroom is extra large and is very luxurious. It has a spacious bathtub with a handheld shower and also has a separate walk-in rain shower. This also has an extra wide wash basin.
You can reach the garden and the terrace by opening the double doors. Here you will find a wonderful wooden Wellness Tub, equipped with jets and bubbles for an optimal spa experience. You will experience the real holiday feeling thanks to the Corten steel gas barbecue/ outdoor fire place, the fire pit and the generously sized dining furniture set. There are also two luxurious sun loungers available. In the shed there is a 'homegym' at your disposal, provided with various fitness equipment.
The holiday home is child friendly and is equipped with a high chair, cot and stair gate.
Villapark Mooi Schoorl is a car-free holiday park; each holiday rental has its own parking space in the park's parking lot.
