Buiten Bergen 60 is a holiday home for up to 5 people and is pet-free, situated on a spacious plot on the outskirts of the park with a south-facing terrace and a large lawn offering plenty of privacy. The house is tastefully furnished with comfortable, modern furniture. All windows that open are fitted with insect screens to ensure a relaxing stay.
Upon entering, you arrive in a beautifully furnished living room with atmospheric lighting and charming decorations. The seating area features a comfortable three-seater sofa and a lovely armchair with a footstool. The modern large-screen OLED TV offers a wide range of popular channels via Canal Plus. There is also an audio system with Bluetooth, radio and CD. The property is also equipped with good Wi-Fi.
The dining area features a large table with five comfortable chairs next to the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a quiet Miele dishwasher, oven/microwave, gas hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, juicer, filter coffee machine, milk frother and a spacious fridge with freezer compartment. There is plenty of crockery, including glasses, plates, cutlery and a good set of pans. A children’s tableware set is also provided.
The cosy bedroom, featuring dimmed lighting and bedside tables with USB and 230-volt sockets, features a very comfortable double box-spring bed with a high-quality mattress topper. There is also a spacious wardrobe.
The renovated bathroom features a vanity unit with two washbasins, a large storage cupboard, and a lovely walk-in shower with a screen. There is also a toilet and Miele washing machine and tumble dryer. A towel warmer is provided, and for guests requiring extra warmth, there is also an electric radiant heater.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a large chest of drawers and a single box-spring bed with a good mattress and stylish lighting with a USB socket. The other bedroom also has a large chest of drawers and two comfortable single box-spring beds, also with bedside lighting and USB sockets. There is also a washbasin with a mirror. The bedrooms have opening skylights with insect screens.
The living room features French doors opening onto the garden, which has a lovely lounge area, a dining table with five chairs and two sun loungers. There is also a BBQ. A large roll-out awning provides ample shade. The utility room has automatic lighting and a charging point for electric bikes. In the private car park, there is a 400-volt charging station for electric/hybrid cars.
The park
At the entrance of the park you will find an adventure playground for children, decorated with natural materials. Here, they can enjoy a table tennis table, water pump, fun play elements and a slide. A place where children can have a great time! At the park, you can rent bikes, which make it easy to cycle through the beautiful Schoorl Dunes nature reserve to the beach and the sea.
