Buiten Bergen 25 with veranda offers everything for a comfortable stay, just a short bike ride from the sea and beach. The house was completely renovated in December 2024 and has modern furnishings. The spacious living room has a new designer kitchen with cooking island, equipped with an induction hob with extractor system. The cooking island is surrounded by five stools, ideal for drinks or dinner parties. The kitchen is further equipped with beautiful crockery, a dishwasher, an oven-microwave combination and a spacious fridge.
The sitting area is cosy and has a spacious lounge sofa and television for relaxing moments. On the ground floor is the bathroom, with a spacious shower, toilet, sink with base cabinet, and a washing machine and dryer.
From the downstairs bedroom and living room there is direct access to the large garden through French doors to the spacious veranda with lounge sofa and dining area. The bedroom has two box-spring beds and a wardrobe.
On the first floor is a second bedroom with lovely views over the garden and park. This room has a double bed with two single mattresses and has handy storage drawers under the bed for luggage.
The large garden offers plenty of space, and under the veranda you can dine with the family or enjoy the last evening sun. In nice weather, the blinds under the veranda's glass roof can be closed manually for extra comfort.
Buiten Bergen 25 ‘De Veranda’ has 2 parking spaces and a bicycle shed with bicycle charging facilities.
The house is pet-free.
The park
At the entrance of the park you will find an adventure playground for children, decorated with natural materials. Here, they can enjoy a table tennis table, water pump, fun play elements and a slide. A place where children can let off steam! At the park, you can rent bikes, which make it easy to cycle through the beautiful Schoorl Dunes nature reserve to the beach and the sea.
