Buiten Bergen 13 is a delightful holiday home with spacious extension, which makes this home stand out in terms of space and luxury. There is a spacious seating area and a living kitchen with French doors to the terrace. The house is furnished with lots of designer furniture and located at the beginning of holiday park Buiten Bergen, within cycling distance of the sea and beach.
The house is suitable for up to four adults or families with up to three young children. The holiday home is modern and attractively furnished with many extras. Via the entrance hall with cloakroom, you walk into the cosy living room with floor heating. This living room has a spacious seating area with a large LCD television, Denon sound system and a separate seating area with two lovely armchairs. Through this room you have access to a bedroom, the bathroom and the open-plan living kitchen with French doors to the terrace. The spacious living kitchen is located in the extension and features an open designer kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, grill/oven combination, spacious fridge with large freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. Here you can also relax at the dining table with chairs and beautiful atmospheric lighting. Through the French doors, you can walk straight into the spacious garden with terrace and lots of privacy.
On the ground floor of the house is a spacious bedroom with a large double box-spring bed (160 x 210 cm). The luxurious bathroom is located on the ground floor as well and has a walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The second bedroom is located on the first floor and can be accessed via the aluminium staircase in the living room.This very spacious bedroom is equipped with a large double box-spring bed (160 x 210 cm).There is a chest of drawers for taking care of small children and a double sofa that gives a wide view of the beautiful Schoorl dunes. Finally, a desk with two chairs can be found here.
The garden with terrace faces south and is equipped with a fine garden table with six chairs, a wooden seating area with lovely cushions, two sun beds with mattress, two lounge chairs and a parasol. In the shed you will find cushions and mattresses for the garden set and, of course, a barbecue.
House 13 is pet-free.
The house has two parking spaces and its own charging point for electric cars.
The park
At the entrance to the park you will find an adventure playground for children, decorated with natural materials. Here, they can enjoy a table tennis table, water pump, fun play elements and a slide. A place where children can let off steam! At the park, you can rent bikes, which make it easy to cycle through the beautiful Schoorl Dunes nature reserve to the beach and the sea.
