Ground floor
The holiday villa features a wide, bright living room with a view of the waters of the Lauwersmeer. In the livingroom you will find a comfortable seating area with Smart TV and a spacious dining table.The open-plan kitchen is part of the living room and includes a microwave, fridge with freezer, water softener, Quooker, dishwasher, milk frother and a Nespresso machine. Also found on the ground floor, the master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with a shower and separate sink. The toilet is separate from the entrance.

First floor
The first floor, which can be accessed via a staircase from the hall, features two large double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet.
The holiday home is child-friendly and has a high chair, cot and stair gate.

Outside
Through the double doors in the living room, you reach the garden with a lovely sunny terrace on the water, facing south. Here you can endlessly enjoy the tranquility and beautiful views. The villa has its own private swimming jetty where you can moor a boat and jump into the water for a nice swim in the Lauwersmeer.
You will find a unique fireplace / barbecue as well where you can cook, grill, bake, barbecue or just enjoy a cozy crackling campfire at the water. This villa is located in a quiet corner of the small scale holiday park.

Next to the house is space to park your car - with its own charging station. Pets are not allowed.
