The villa has been built around the centrally located outdoor area with a fireplace where you can relax and warm up on the wide lounge sofas. The outdoor area with a fireplace can be reached from both the spacious living room and the luxury eat-in kitchen via the double doors. 

The living room has a comfortable sofa with a large  Smart TV. The extra large, luxury kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner hob, Miele dishwasher, a combination microwave oven and a refrigerator with a freezer. It also has a Quooker boiling-water tap, a milk frother and a wine climate cabinet. 

The spacious garden has a WWOO outdoor kitchen, which can provide you with hours of cooking fun and a large trampoline for the children. 

The holiday villa has 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms. The spacious basement has two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a large rain shower and/or bathtub. The top floor also has two bedrooms, both with a unique walk-in bathroom with a shower and wash basin. Each floor has a separate toilet.

Pets are not allowed.
The park is child-friendly; each villa has a high chair, crib and stair gate.

There are two parking spaces next to the house. If you come with several cars, you can park the cars outside the park at another location.

Note: Duynvoet 9 can also be rented as a 2 to 4 person Duynvoet Suite. In a Duynvoet Suite, the upper floor is not accessible and you have two bedrooms and two bathrooms at an advantageous price. If you come with more than 4 persons, the rental price changes to the full price.
