We are looking for colleagues with a passion for hospitality and a genuine love of gastronomy. You understand that a genuine experience is all about attention, refinement and balance. You enjoy working in a small, close-knit team, where flexibility is a given and colleagues are always there for each other. And perhaps most importantly, you are or feel at home on the island and have a love for Terschelling and island life.

As assistant restaurant manager, you are the driving force on the floor: you lead the team by setting a good example, monitor the quality of service and atmosphere, and keep a close eye on both the operational and commercial sides of the business. Thanks to your leadership, everyone can do their job with confidence and focus – and every guest feels welcome and seen.
