The centuries-old stream the Drentsche Aa meanders through the varied landscape of dunes, woods, heathland, low moorland, tidal nature, stream valleys and fens. A beautiful area for walking and cycling. Children can enjoy playing outdoors and climbing trees here. Don't be surprised if you come face to face with a sheep. They run free here.
