Payment

When should I pay for my reservation?

Depending on the rate you have booked, the following payment conditions apply:

 

Non-refundable rate

  • With this rate, you pay 100% when making the reservation.

 

Flexible rate

  • For an arrival date more than 55 days in advance, you are required to make a 50% deposit within 5 days after making the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
  • For an arrival date within 55 days, you pay 100% within 5 days after making the reservation.

 

Do I have to pay a (down) payment?

Yes, if we have not receiver the amount of the (down)payment within 5 days, we are unfortunately forced to cancel the reservation.

 

Can I pay the total amount on arrival?

No, the reservation must be paid before arrival.

 

Will I get a confirmation when my payment has been received?

You will receive a reservation confirmation immediately after booking, not a payment confirmation. If you would like this, you can request it from the Customer Support department.

 

What payment options are available?

You can pay for the reservation or additional items via PIN or credit card or via the "My Dutchen" environment, where you can create an account. Is the payment not successful? Then you can transfer the amount via your bank, quoting your reservation number. If, after completing the reservation, you still decide to pay by credit card, you can provide these details by telephone and we will charge your card. Please contact the Customer Support department for this.
