Can I pay the total amount on arrival?

Payment on arrival is only possible if you have booked last-minute (arrival within 10 days of booking).


Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid within 10 days of booking.


Will I get a confirmation when my payment has been received?

No, you will not receive a confirmation. If you need it, you can request it from the call centre. You will receive a booking confirmation immediately after booking.


What payment options are available?

You can pay with PIN or credit card. It is also possible to pay by invoice if you book for a stay with more than 55 days before arrival. This can be paid via "my Dutchen"


When do I have to pay for my reservation?

We ask you to pay half of the rental amount plus additional costs as an initial deposit, as stated on the booking confiramtion. You will also find on the invoice the deadline by which the second payment must be made to us. Payment is made by transferring the amounts to the account number stated on the invoice.
