Waddenduyn 5 is a lovely 6-person holiday home with an enclosed south-facing garden. Two dogs are allowed. Park Waddenduyn is a small-scale holiday park with 9 thatched detached holiday villas just outside the cosy village Den Burg.
Layout
From the bright and cosy living room with spacious lounge sofa you have a beautiful view over the farmlands of Texel. The patio doors open out onto the terrace and garden.
The living room has a Smart TV (Samsung) and a large dining table. The open kitchen, located at the front of the holiday villa, is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, gas hob (5 burners), kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a (filter) coffee machine. The washing machine, dryer, hoover and ironing board with iron can be found in the adjacent utility room. In the hall by the front door is a cloakroom and a separate toilet. The open staircase leads to the first floor.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and a bright bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the master bedroom there are 2 single beds and a sofa bed (suitable for children). There is a second TV (with Blueray player) in this bedroom. The French doors give access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms also have 2 single beds (can be pushed apart if desired).
The driveway of the holiday villa can accommodate 2 cars. At the end of the driveway is a small wooden shed. The holiday villa is separated on the left and right with conifer hedges (for your privacy), the front and back garden consists of grass, in the back garden there is a spacious terrace with a garden table and chairs and parasol with two sun beds. The garden borders onto a small ditch.
In addition, Waddenduyn 5 makes full use of green electricity, generated from wind energy.

There is always something to do on Texel. You can go shopping in one of our cosy villages. In the "capital" of Texel, Den Burg, you can spend hours strolling around the shops and the market that takes place every Monday morning. De Koog is also a great place to shop for beach supplies and more. And of course a visit to one of the fine outdoor cafés is not to be missed!
In spring, Texel comes alive with an explosion of colour. Nature awakens from its winter, and the flower fields paint the landscape with vibrant hues. Admire the blooming tulips and enjoy the cosy market in Den Burg, where local products and crafts can be found. Explore the villages on foot or by bike and enjoy the rising warmth and liveliness on our island.
Summer brings sun-drenched days and a vibrant atmosphere to Texel. The beaches invite lazing and water sports, while the village centres bustle with activity. For sports enthusiasts, Texel offers extensive opportunities, ranging from breathtaking walks and cycle tours to adventurous sailing and surfing lessons. Discover the waters where Olympic champion Dorian van Rijsselberghe learned his surfing skills and show your active side on our beautiful island.
As summer slowly gives way to autumn, Texel transforms into a peaceful haven. You can enjoy relaxing walks through the dunes and along the coastline, surrounded by the warm colours of autumn leaves. Texel also shines in winter. The villages are beautifully decorated and exude a warm, cosy atmosphere. You can visit the cosy shops for unique Christmas presents and warm up with a drink in a local café. Take winter beach walks and admire Texel's rugged beauty in the low-hanging sunlight. Dutchen offers two different, small-scale holiday parks in beautiful locations on Texel: Park Duynzoom is within walking distance of the beach, in a quiet location near De Koog. Park Waddenduyn, another small holiday park, is in a great, green location just outside Den Burg. Both holiday parks offer the perfect base from which to explore the island of Texel.
