Holidaypark De Zeegser Duinen is located at a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche Aa 5-star national park, an unspoilt part of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe. The urban life of Groningen (20 min drive) and Assen (15 min drive) is within easy reach as well, with lots of possibilities to shop, visit museums and dine. The Suitelodges are fully equipped with their own wellness facilities like a Finnish sauna, sunshower, Jacuzzi® or hot tub in the garden. Park de Zeegser Duinen offers charging facilities for electric cars.

Luxury 8-person villa in Drenthe with its own hot tub, spacious garden (2127 m2), fireplace and outdoor kitchen in unique location at the Drentsche AA nature reserve.

Park de Zeegser Duinen is a holiday park under construction. At the moment we are working on the last phase (house numbers 13 and 17 to 26) at the back of the park. The inconvenience will be kept to a minimum.

 

Layout (area 148 m2)

The living room is bright and spacious with large glass doors to the surrounding nature. The interior has a warm appearance through the use of natural materials and shades. You will find a comfortable sitting area with flat screen television and a spacious dining table overlooking the nature. The modern kitchen is very complete and includes an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave-oven, Nespresso machine, Quooker and wine cooler.

 

Upstairs there are 4 spacious bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with sink, shower and sink. The second luxurious bathroom has a sink, bath and shower. All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There is a cot with mattress available.

 

Through the glass doors you reach the spacious, sunny garden (2127 m2) facing south overlooking the Drentsche AA nature reserve. Enjoy outsite on the terrace with a good glass of wine and enjoy a great view over the flowering nature landscape.

The garden is equipped with a unique wood-fired hot tub and a spacious fireplace where you can sit all around.There is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue as well, to really enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.

 

The 8-person villa has its own parking space. At Park de Zeegser Duinen you will find two charging stations for electric cars.Pets are allowed (maximum 2).

 

In the neighbourhood

Park de Zeegser Duinen is located at a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche Aa nature reserve, an unspoilt part of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe. Here you can enjoy walking, cycling, horseback riding or picnicking along the ancient stream. Cities such as Groningen and Assen are easy to reach and are only a 15 - 20 minute drive away; ideal for visiting museums, a day of shopping or a nice dinner in one of the many restaurants.

 

Park de Zeegser Duinen is a holiday park under construction. Work is currently underway on the final phase mainly at the back of the park. The nuisance will be kept to a minimum.

It was great great, house is fantastic
Everything related to the place, house and nature is fantastic. I wish we did not come there during the biggest storm :) Fireplace and hot tub are so relaxing. I highly recommend the place for families

Surroundings

One with nature, that's the feeling you'll get at the luxurious Suitelodges of Park De Zeegser Duinen. The entire appearance and design of the park is developed in close relationship with the protected nature in the area. Park De Zeegser Duinen is located on the woody north side of the village of Zeegse (municipality of Tynaarlo), only 10 kilometres from Assen and 18 kilometres from Groningen. The park is easily accessible via the A28 and N386. However, as soon as you leave the main road behind you, you will immediately forget the busy urban life. Let yourself be embraced by the tranquility of the Drenthe landscape and its' authentic villages. There are several restaurants at walking distance.

 

Nearby are numerous lovely authentic villages to visit and the cities of Assen and Groningen are also quickly and easily accessible. Here you can go shopping, visit museums and have a nice meal. Nature park Drentsche Aa

Park De Zeegser Duinen is located in the middle of the Drentsche Aa nature park, a beautiful unspoilt piece of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe with a size of about 34,000 ha. The centuries-old stream the Drentsche Aa meanders its way through the varied landscape of dunes, forests, moors, tidal nature, brook valleys and fens. Through the Drentsche Aa landscape there are beautiful walking- and cycling routes.

 

Groningen

Groningen has a lot to offer. Besides shopping in the city ('Folkingestraat' has been voted as the nicest shopping street in the Netherlands!) Groningen is known for its' rich history and many attractions. One of the absolute highlights of the city is the Groninger Museum with changing, interesting exhibitions. Groningen also hosts many events every year and there are plenty of options to dine in one of the great restaurants. Enough to see, do and experience!

 

Assen

Assen is the city of Bartje, the TT-Circuit, de Nieuwe Kolk and capital of the province of Drenthe. A lot to eat and shop and small enough to explore on foot.

 

Zuidlaren

Zuidlaren, also called the greenest village in Europe, is less than 5 kilometers away. The area is best discovered by bike and the village offers many nice restaurants and shops. For the children, amusement park the Sprookjeshof is a fun outing. The Zuidlaardermeer is also a valuable nature reserve with many birds and even beavers. There is plenty of space for swimming, sailing, fishing and windsurfing.
