Wellness in the middle of nature! This luxury 8-person villa in Drenthe has its own jacuzzi® spa, fireplace and outdoor kitchen and is situated in a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche AA nature reserve.

 

Layout (surface area house 153 m2)

With 153 m2, this is a very spacious house. The spacious living room is light and airy with large sliding doors to the surrounding nature. The interior has a warm atmosphere due to the use of natural materials and is equipped with air conditioning. Here you will find a comfortable sitting area with Smart TV and a spacious dining table with a view of the lovely garden. The modern spacious kitchen is equipped with a large cooking island with an induction hob and sink with Quooker, cabinet wall with oven and combi oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Braun kettle and fridge/ freezer.

 

On the upper floor, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, one of which has its own shower and washbasin. There are also two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the other with shower, toilet and sauna. There is also a separate toilet on the landing. There you will also find the air conditiong, which provides cooling to all bedrooms.

 

Through the French doors you can reach the fine garden with a bubbling Jacuzzi, fireplace and outdoor kitchen. A generous overhang allows you to sit outside on a rainy day and enjoy the outdoors in nature. Pets are allowed.

 

The 8-person villa has its own parking space and charging station for an electric car.

Park de Zeegser Duinen is situated at a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche Aa nature reserve, an untouched piece of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe. Surroundings

One with nature, that's the feeling you'll get at the luxurious Suitelodges of Park De Zeegser Duinen. The entire appearance and design of the park is developed in close relationship with the protected nature in the area. Park De Zeegser Duinen is located on the woody north side of the village of Zeegse (municipality of Tynaarlo), only 10 kilometres from Assen and 18 kilometres from Groningen. The park is easily accessible via the A28 and N386. However, as soon as you leave the main road behind you, you will immediately forget the busy urban life. Let yourself be embraced by the tranquility of the Drenthe landscape and its' authentic villages. There are several restaurants at walking distance.

 

Nearby are numerous lovely authentic villages to visit and the cities of Assen and Groningen are also quickly and easily accessible. Here you can go shopping, visit museums and have a nice meal. Nature park Drentsche Aa

Park De Zeegser Duinen is located in the middle of the Drentsche Aa nature park, a beautiful unspoilt piece of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe with a size of about 34,000 ha. The centuries-old stream the Drentsche Aa meanders its way through the varied landscape of dunes, forests, moors, tidal nature, brook valleys and fens. Through the Drentsche Aa landscape there are beautiful walking- and cycling routes.

 

Groningen

Groningen has a lot to offer. Besides shopping in the city ('Folkingestraat' has been voted as the nicest shopping street in the Netherlands!) Groningen is known for its' rich history and many attractions. One of the absolute highlights of the city is the Groninger Museum with changing, interesting exhibitions. Groningen also hosts many events every year and there are plenty of options to dine in one of the great restaurants. Enough to see, do and experience!

 

Assen

Assen is the city of Bartje, the TT-Circuit, de Nieuwe Kolk and capital of the province of Drenthe. A lot to eat and shop and small enough to explore on foot.

 

Zuidlaren

Zuidlaren, also called the greenest village in Europe, is less than 5 kilometers away. The area is best discovered by bike and the village offers many nice restaurants and shops. For the children, amusement park the Sprookjeshof is a fun outing. The Zuidlaardermeer is also a valuable nature reserve with many birds and even beavers. There is plenty of space for swimming, sailing, fishing and windsurfing.
