Layout

The L-shaped living room is colourfully decorated and equipped with all the luxuries you need. The comfortable seating area is situated around the gas fireplace, where you can warm up after a long walk. 

Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a large dining table, flatscreen television, DVD player and free WiFi.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which is fully furnished with a  microwave-oven, Nespresso machine, stove, dishwasher and fridge with a small freezer. The storage room has a washing machine and tumbledryer at your disposal.

The entrance is spacious and from here, the central staircase leads to the basement and mezzanine. Two large and cosy bedrooms are located in the basement, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a sizeable bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, double washbasins and a toilet. You will also find a 3-person infrared sauna with light therapy in the basement.

The third bedroom is located on the mezzanine and is furnished with two single beds.

The living room patio doors open up onto a luxurious and sunny south-facing terrace. On the terrace you will find a wooden dining table with parasol, making it the perfect spot to relax outdoors.

Pets are permitted in Duynvallei 12.

Outside the house there is parking space for one vehicle. There is a charging station available for electric cars. Please use the area outside the park should you arrive with more than one car.
