Our villas on Texel are spread over two small-scale holiday parks Duynzoom near De Koog and Waddenduyn near Den Burg. Below you will find the offer.
Duynzoom 3 is a spacious, luxury 8-person holiday villa with a Finnish sauna and 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Park Duyzoom is a small holiday park, located outside the village of De Koog. The park is within walking distance of the beach.
The warm living room is nice and bright and has a panoramic view through the all-glass facade which continues all the way up to ridge of the roof. Furthermore, the glass facade folds open, allowing you to seamlessly expand the living space out onto the garden. The spacious living room has an open kitchen with a large dining table, spacious sofas, a flat screen TV and a cosy wood burning fireplace.
The luxury, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern, high-quality appliances and has been designed by a new generation of interior designers. It has, among others, a combination microwave oven,, a Quooker boiling-water tap,, a dishwasher, a, Nespresso coffee machine and a wine climate cabinet..
The basement has two spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom also has a glass strip over the whole length of the ceiling; this is a section of the living room floor.
Furthermore, the basement has a 4-person Finnish sauna where you can optimally relax.
The two additional bedrooms can be found on the top floor, they each have their own bathroom with a bathtub and/or shower.
Please note: The number of bedrooms that can be used will be adjusted to the number of guests for which you reserve. For example, if you come with 4 people, 2 bedrooms will be prepared for you (one bedroom in the basement and one bedroom on the top floor will be closed). Would you like to use more bedrooms? The large glass facade in the living room opens onto the wonderful sunny, secluded terrace with lounge set, outdoor kitchen and an outdoor fireplace where you can optimally enjoy the outdoors. It also has a large dining table and two comfortable sun loungers. The spacious garden has hillocks and level differences and you will be able to enjoy a lot of privacy thanks to cleverly planted vegetation.
The holiday villa has a laundry room and each villa has a parking spot with space for for one car.
The holiday villa comes equipped with a cot, highchair and stair gates and you may use these free-of-charge.
There is always something to do on Texel. You can go shopping in one of our cosy villages. In the "capital" of Texel, Den Burg, you can spend hours strolling around the shops and the market that takes place every Monday morning. De Koog is also a great place to shop for beach supplies and more. And of course a visit to one of the fine outdoor cafés is not to be missed!
In spring, Texel comes alive with an explosion of colour. Nature awakens from its winter, and the flower fields paint the landscape with vibrant hues. Admire the blooming tulips and enjoy the cosy market in Den Burg, where local products and crafts can be found. Explore the villages on foot or by bike and enjoy the rising warmth and liveliness on our island.
