Villa Sea, Sun & Surf XXL on Ameland are three luxury villas (two semi-detached villas and an adjacent detached villa) where you can stay with a total of up to 20 guests. Ideal for a family weekend or company outing near the beach and dunes.
Layout Villa Sea & Villa Sun
Both cozy living rooms have a comfortable sitting area with flatscreen TV, DVD player and a cozy gas fireplace. The country kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker.
The villas each have three bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor) and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have comfortable box spring beds. A high chair and a cot are standard in each villa.
Through the double doors you reach the garden and a spacious terrace with spacious lounge sofas and a dining table. Here you can enjoy the sun.
Your pet is welcome, max. one pet per villa and only on the ground floor.

Layout Villa Surf
The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area and cozy gas fireplace. You will find a flatscreen TV, Sonos music system (to be controlled via an app on your mobile) and for the children there is a Playstation 4 (to be used for an extra deposit). The light-coloured open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, spacious fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker.
Villa Surf has four bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor) and two bathrooms, one with Sunshower. You will also find a spacious Finnish sauna, ideal after a long walk on the beach. All bedrooms have comfortable box spring beds.
Through the large glass sliding doors you reach the spacious terrace with large dining table and spacious lounge sofas, great to enjoy a drink until late at night.
Pets are not allowed in Villa Surf.

Surroundings
In the authentic village of Ballum you will find a supermarket and several restaurants. You can also go here for the famous Ameland drink 'Nobeltje', which is served in the equally famous Hotel Nobel.
The beach is a 10 - 15 minute walk away. From the villa you can enjoy walking and cycling in the nearby dune area.
