VALO Ice Cube Villas are located in Saariselkä, a thriving holiday destination in the middle of the rugged nature of Finnish Lapland far beyond the Arctic Circle. The village centre of Saariselkä is within walking distance.
Each villa has stunning views over the national park and is south facing. The villas are located right by the ski slopes; from your front door you can make wonderful ski tours. The area offers many opportunities for fantastic winter activities such as husky rides (dog sled rides), ice fishing and snowmobile expeditions.
The Ice Cube villas are equipped with all the luxury for a winter holiday: a large central fireplace, a spacious Finnish sauna, a whirlpool (hot tub) and a cosy loggia where you can enjoy a drink by the warmth of the fireplace after an outdoor activity.
Saariselkä is easily accessible by airplane; Ivalo airport is a 25-minute drive away. There are also several charter flights from Helsinki. Finnair flies to Saariselkä three times daily and Norwegian Air offers two flights a week.
