Layout

The cozy livingroom has a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV, DVD player and a cozy gas fireplace. The country kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker.

Villa Sun has three bedrooms. The first bedroom with its own shower and washbasin is on the ground floor, ideal for guests who have difficulty walking. There is a separate toilet.

Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with television and a shared bathroom with shower, double sinks, bath and toilet. All bedrooms have comfortable box spring beds.There is a highchair and cot available in the villa.

Through the patio doors you reach the garden and the spacious terrace with spacious lounge sofas and a dining table. Here you can enjoy the sun. 

In Villa Sun a maximum of 1 pet is allowed, only on the ground floor.

Family weekend or company outing on Ameland

Surroundings

In the authentic village of Ballum you will find a supermarket and several restaurants. You can also go here for the famous Ameland drink 'Nobeltje', which is served in the equally famous Hotel Nobel.

The beach is a 10 - 15 minute walk away. From the villa you can enjoy walking and cycling in the nearby dune area.
