Villa Sea is a luxury 6-person semi-detached villa at 1 km walking distance from the beach, situated in a quiet location near the village of Ballum near the dunes. Your dog can come along!
Layout
The cozy living room has a comfortable sitting area with flatscreen TV, DVD player and a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker.
Villa Sea has three bedrooms. The first bedroom with its own shower and washbasin can be found on the ground floor, ideal for guests who have difficulty walking. There is a separate toilet.
Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with television and a shared bathroom with shower, double sinks, bath and toilet. All bedrooms have comfortable box spring beds. There is a high chair and a cot available in the villa.
Through the patio doors you reach the garden and a spacious terrace with spacious lounge sofas and a dining table. Here you can enjoy the sun.
In Villa Sea a maximum of 1 pet is allowed, only on the ground floor.
Family weekend or company outing on Ameland
Villa Sea can be booked in combination with the semi-detached Villa Sun and / or with the adjacent Villa Surf. So you can stay here with the whole family or with colleagues up to 20 people. Look for more information on Sea & Sun XL (12 persons) or Sea, Sun & Surf XXL (20 persons).
Surroundings
In the authentic village of Ballum you will find a supermarket and several restaurants. You can also go here for the famous Ameland drink 'Nobeltje', which is served in the equally famous Hotel Nobel.
The beach is a 10 - 15 minute walk away. From the villa you can enjoy walking and cycling in the nearby dune area.
