The luxurious holiday villa, equipped with sun reflective glass, has a bright living room with a Smart TV, Sonos Playbar and a cosy wood burning fireplace. The luxurious, open kitchen with a kitchen island includes all modern amenities and is equipped with, among others, an oven with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.
The staircase leads to the top floor with two bedrooms and two modern en-suite bathrooms; one of the bathrooms has a generous bath/shower combination, the other has a large rain shower.
The large double doors in both the living room and kitchen lead to the garden, which has a spacious terrace with a large outdoor dining set, a Corten steel barbecue and a cosy fire pit where you can enjoy the evenings. The garden faces south/southwest which is a great position.
You can also use the shed; handy to store your bicycles!
