Layout

The L-shaped living room has a lively decor with plenty of attention to accessories. The seating area includes a comfortable sofa and a large dining table where guests can dine by the fire. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a flatscreen television, DVD player and free WiFi.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which is fully furnished with a  microwave-oven, Nespresso machine, stove, dishwasher and fridge with a small freezer. 

The entrance is spacious and from here, the central staircase leads to the basement and mezzanine. Two large bedrooms are located in the basement, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a sizeable bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, double washbasins and a toilet. In the basement you will also find a 2-person infrared sauna and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The third bedroom is located on the mezzanine and is furnished with two single beds, a sitting area and various board games.

The living room patio doors open up onto a secluded and private terrace on the west. Here you will find a wooden dining table with parasol and a sunbed.

Pets are permitted in Duynvallei 15.

Outside the house is parking space for one vehicle. Please use the area outside the park should you arrive with more than one car.
