Villa Duyncoogh is a very spacious, luxurious 8 to 14 person holiday home where you can enjoy a lot of comfort and wellness together with family and / or friends. The luxury villa is located on Texel near De Koog with woods, dunes, beach and sea within walking distance.

Please note: The number of bedrooms that can be used will be adjusted to the number of guests for which you reserve. For example, if you come with 8 people, 4 bedrooms will be prepared for you (the other bedrooms will be closed). Would you like to use more bedrooms? Please contact us.

Ground floor

Villa Duyncoogh has a spacious living room with lovely lounge area, a large dining table and an open kitchen with bar. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, wine climate cabinet, Quooker and Nespresso machine. The living room has many large windows, which through sliding doors give access to the terrace and the spacious garden with lots of privacy.

On the ground floor you will find two spacious bedrooms at the front of the house, each with private bathroom with bath and/or shower, sink and toilet. Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed with a comfortable (sleeping) sofa. 

There is a separate room furnished with washer, dryer and storage as well.

First floor

Via the stairs you reach the first floor with no less than five bedrooms with private bathroom. At the rear of the villa you will find the two spacious bedrooms, with patio doors to the balcony. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with bath and/or shower, washbasin and one bedroom also has a toilet in the bathroom. At the front, you will find the other three bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and sink. One of these bedrooms is also equipped with a comfortable (sleeping) sofa. In addition, there are two separate toilets on the first floor.

Garden

Through the large sliding doors in the living room you can reach the garden with spacious terrace. The terrace is equipped with two large wooden garden tables and a barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner together. You will find a comfortable wooden lounge sofa as well.

On the right side of the garden there is a sheltered corner with wellness facilities: a hot bubbling jacuzzi, outdoor shower and Finnish sauna.

In the garden there is a small storage room.

There is ample parking directly in front of the holiday home and next to the holiday home you will find a carport at the entrance door to the kitchen.

The villa is standard equipped with two cots and two high chairs. There is a stair gate placed above the stairs as well.

Pets are allowed in Villa Duyncoogh.
