Baayvilla 9 is located directly on the water of the Lauwersmeer and has its own whirlpool on the terrace with spectacular views. Also with unique fireplace / barbecue and shared jetty over the water. Within walking distance from the Wadden Sea.
Ground floor
The holiday villa features a wide, bright living room with a view of the waters of the Lauwersmeer. The decor is modern and fully looked after by interior designers. You will find a comfortable seating area with Smart TV and a spacious dining table here. The open kitchen with cooking island is part of the living room and is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. Also found on the ground floor, the master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with a shower and separate sink. The toilet is separate from the entrance.
First floor
The first floor, which can be accessed via a staircase from the hall, features two large double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet.
Outside
Through the open doors in the living room, you reach the spacious garden with a sunny waterfront terrace, facing south. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the beatiful views from your own whirlpool. You will find a unique fireplace / barbecue as well where you can cook, grill, bake, barbecue or just enjoy a cozy crackling campfire at the water all year round. This villa has a shared boat jetty, where you can dock a boat.
Beside the house there is space to park your car with own charging station.
