Layout
The L-shaped living area has a light and pleasant decor and comes furnished with wooden shutters on the windows. The living space has a comfortable sofa by the fireplace, a flatscreen TV with DVD player, free WiFi and a large dining table. You will find a highchair as well.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which is fully furnished with a microwave-oven, Nespresso machine, stove, dishwasher and fridge with a small freezer. The storage room has a washing machine and tumbledryer at your disposal.
The entrance is spacious and from here, the central staircase leads to the basement and mezzanine. Two large bedrooms are located in the basement, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a sizeable bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, double washbasins and a toilet. The wonderful wellness area is also found here, with a steam room, cosy 2-person infrared sauna and a sink. The third bedroom is located on the mezzanine and is furnished with two single beds and a desk where you can work on in peace.
The living room patio doors open up onto a luxurious and sunny west-facing terrace. Here you will find comfortable outdoor furniture from Royal Botania and two beach chairs.
Pets are permitted in Duynvallei 21.
Outside the house is parking space for one vehicle. Please use the area outside the park should you arrive with more than one car.
