The living room has a spacious sofa with various separate seating elements and a large Smart TV. The luxury eat-in kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner hob, a combination microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, Quooker boiling-water tap and a wine climate cabinet. Both the luxury eat-in kitchen and the living room have double doors, allowing you to optimally extend the living space with the garden and the patio with the outdoor fireplace.
The spacious basement has two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a bathtub and/or shower and a wash basin.
