Our Villas Texel are spread over two small-scale holiday parks Duynzoom near De Koog and Waddenduyn near Den Burg. The 6-8 person villas are very spacious (up to 160 m2) and have three or four bedrooms with (partly) private bathrooms. The gardens around the villas are generous and offer plenty of privacy. With your own wellness facilities, such as a sauna or whirlpool, you will enjoy your stay on Texel even more.
Duynzoom 4 is justifiably one of the most popular holiday villas of Dutchen; in addition to a wellness tub and Finnish sauna, it has an outdoor shower it also has a wonderful outdoor fireplace and an outdoor kitchen, for the optimal outdoor feeling. Park Duyzoom is a small holiday park with detached holiday homes for up to 8 people, located outside the village of De Koog. The park is within walking distance of the beach.
The modern living room was decorated by interior designers and has a panoramic view through the all-glass facade, which continues all the way up to the ridge of the roof. Furthermore, the glass facade folds open, allowing you to seamlessly expand the living space out onto the garden. The spacious living room has an open kitchen with a generously sized, raised dining table/bar, the perfect spot to enjoy many hours of dining. You can also relax on the comfortable sofas in front of the flat screen TV and enjoy a good glass of wine around the cosy wood burning fireplace.
The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern, high-quality appliances; It has, among others, a combination microwave oven, a Quooker boiling-water tap, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a wine climate cabinet..
The basement has two spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom with a shower. One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a wonderfully spacious whirlpool bathtub. The master bedroom has a glass strip over the whole length of the ceiling; this is a section of the living room floor. The master bedroom has a 4-person Finnish sauna where you can optimally relax.
The two additional bedrooms can be found on the top floor, they each have their own bathroom with a bubble bath and/or shower. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV.
Please note: The number of bedrooms that can be used will be adjusted to the number of guests for which you reserve. For example, if you come with 4 people, 2 bedrooms will be prepared for you (one bedroom in the basement and one bedroom on the top floor will be closed). Would you like to use more bedrooms? The large glass facade in the living room opens onto a secluded terrace with a generously sized dining table. The spacious garden has various seating areas and terraces; warm up around the wonderful outdoor fireplace or relax in the sun on the comfortable lounge sofa or in the wellness tub. It also has an outdoor shower, ideal when using the wellness tub or to cool off on a warm, sunny day. Around the outdoor kitchen you can enjoy a nice evening with a barbecue.
The spacious garden has hillocks and level differences and you will be able to enjoy a lot of privacy thanks to cleverly planted vegetation.
The holiday villa has a laundry room and each villa has a parking spot with space for for one car.
The holiday villa comes equipped with a cot, highchair and stair gates and you may use these free-of-charge.
Authentic landscape
From Den Helder, a ferry leaves every hour for a relaxed crossing to the largest Dutch Island called Texel. This friendly island is characterized by a diversity of landscapes, from dunes and beaches to the authentic Dutch polder landscape.
Always something going on
On Texel, there is always something going on. The changing seasons color the days and give them meaning. In the cold months, the fresh air blows along the beach and through the woods. Spring brings lambs and the return of many bird species who found Texel as their breeding grounds. Summers lasts just a little longer on the islands and invites you to laze on the beach or on the terraces of the different villages. Enjoy the surroundings by bicycle; Texel offers over 135 km of bike paths throughout the island!
