Holidaypark Duynvallei is located in the picturesque village Hargen on the north side of the Schoorl dunes, at about 15 minutes walking to the beach of Camperduin.

Groet is just a 5 minute bike ride from Holidaypark Duynvallei away; it's a cozy village between the North Sea and Schoorl. Here you will find attractive restaurants such as Restaurant Bokkesprong, a restaurant in an authentic farmhouse with history dating back to 1905. In the center of Groet you'll find a good baker, butcher and a grocery store.
The dunes of Schoorl
Schoorl is a unique place where lovers of peace and nature will feel at home. The National Park 'Schoorlse Duinen' is the widest and most varied nature area with dunes along the Dutch coast and beautiful hiking and biking trails. The beach of 'Schoorl aan Zee'is car-free and can only be reached through the walking paths or by bicycle. The nature center 'Buitencentrum Schoorlse Duinen' offers plenty of activities for the children en is the start of great walking routes.
Schoorl
Schoorl is a pittoresque little town, with a unique climbing dune right in the center. Schoorl offers several shops and cosy restaurants, where you can enjoy a drink while the kids can enjoy playing.
Bergen
In the village of Bergen it's art, culture and cultural history elements that define the atmosphere. In Bergen you will find museums and galleries, an artist center, boutiques and even an artifical ski slope. Furthermore, there are the annual events such as the 10-day Art Fair, Holland Music Sessions, Light evenings, the summer art market and various fairs.
Alkmaar
A cozy city with picturesque canals and lots of great shops. Tip: The 'Fnidsen' is the old shopping center with the best boutiques. You can also visit the Cheese and Beer Museum. Ask our receptionists for more tisp of the area.
