Summer Beach fun day:

Add some extra fun and adventure to your holiday in Schoorl with a fun and active beach day organised by De Jongens uit Schoorl.

 

Every Tuesday between 17 July and 30 August, children aged between 8 and 16 can take part in these exciting activities.

On this fully organised day, children can enjoy various water activities, including surfing, supping, surf rafting and bodyboarding.

This charming thatched villa faces south and has a number of wellness facilities.

 

After a pleasant walk or bike ride, come home to a well-kept and comfortable holiday house. Duynvallei 10 is conveniently located on this friendly, small-scale villa park: well sheltered and a fair distance from the road. Plenty of sunshine is available thanks to its location on the south, ensuring that you can even enjoy a sunny breakfast. There are two terraces with open doors so you can always find a spot out of the wind. On the sun loungers or by the large table, for example.

 

All Park Duynvallei holiday homes are well equipped, but number 10 takes it up another notch. It is practical to have two bathrooms, especially when there are 6 people staying. Indulge yourself with spa facilities like the whirlpool bath, steam shower and sauna. These are accessible from both bedrooms in the basement. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A cistern is also found in the storage room on the ground floor, perfect for rinsing swimwear, small wash loads, etc.

 

There is ample space for all your groceries purchased from Groet of Schoorl. Equipment like a microwave-oven and dishwasher make cooking a breeze. A Nespresso is enjoyed in no time as well. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a very inviting atmosphere. Listen to your very own tunes via the micro stereo with iPod dock. The white shutters not only filter out the sunlight but also add to the beachy feel.

 

On the mezzanine, under the thatched roof, a third sleeping area is located as well as a workplace. Wireless Internet is available throughout the premises. Plenty of thought is also given to the young ones: camping cot, baby bath and high chair can all be left at home. The stairs are equipped with stair gates and all lower sockets are protected. Maximise on your well-deserved holiday with everything Duynvallei 10 has to offer.

 

Pets are not permitted in Duynvallei 10.

 

Outside the house is parking space for one vehicle. Please use the area outside the park should you arrive with more than one car.

Surroundings

Holidaypark Duynvallei is located in the picturesque village Hargen on the north side of the Schoorl dunes, at about 15 minutes walking to the beach of Camperduin. 

Groet

Groet is just a 5 minute bike ride from Holidaypark Duynvallei away; it's a cozy village between the North Sea and Schoorl. Here you will find attractive restaurants such as Restaurant Bokkesprong, a restaurant in an authentic farmhouse with history dating back to 1905. In the center of Groet you'll find a good baker, butcher and a grocery store.

The dunes of Schoorl

Schoorl is a unique place where lovers of peace and nature will feel at home. The National Park 'Schoorlse Duinen' is the widest and most varied nature area with dunes along the Dutch coast and beautiful hiking and biking trails. The beach of 'Schoorl aan Zee'is car-free and can only be reached through the walking paths or by bicycle. The nature center 'Buitencentrum Schoorlse Duinen' offers plenty of activities for the children en is the start of great walking routes.

Schoorl

Schoorl is a pittoresque little town, with a unique climbing dune right in the center. Schoorl offers several shops and cosy restaurants, where you can enjoy a drink while the kids can enjoy playing. 

 

Bergen

In the village of Bergen it's art, culture and cultural history elements that define the atmosphere. In Bergen you will find museums and galleries, an artist center, boutiques and even an artifical ski slope. Furthermore, there are the annual events such as the 10-day Art Fair, Holland Music Sessions, Light evenings, the summer art market and various fairs.

Alkmaar

A cozy city with picturesque canals and lots of great shops. Tip: The 'Fnidsen' is the old shopping center with the best boutiques. You can also visit the Cheese and Beer Museum. Ask our receptionists for more tisp of the area.
