Arrival

You can check in at our reception between 3.00 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. at the Veerweg 3 in Kamperland. In the months July and August arrival on Friday is possible between 4.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. Are you arriving later than the above times? Please report this in time to our staff on +31 (0)113 -745723.

Departure

On your departure day you must leave the villa before 10.00 a.m. and hand in the key at the reception before this time. On regular departure days, a final inspection of your villa will take place between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. After this check you can return the key to the reception at our office.

Are you leaving outside the opening hours of our reception? Then you can obtain a special key envelope at our reception and deposit it in the letterbox (of the front door) of our reception. The deposit will then be transferred to you after settlement of any outstanding costs.

Pets

In the apartments where pets are allowed, max. 1 pet is allowed. Several pets are only allowed if agreed in writing with our staff.

It is important to us that you enjoy your vacation. All the apartments are equipped with a luxurious interior with the comfort of home. The following items are included in your rental rates:

Reception opening hours

Our reception is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. 

On Saturday we are open from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

In July and August the reception is open from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
