If you cancel, you may have to pay a cancellation fee. Dutchen has two rates, the Non-refundable and Flexible rate. Below you will find the cancellation conditions per rate.

In case you made a reservation before the 8th of December 2023, different cancellation conditions apply. You can find these conditions in your booking confirmation. Below are the current cancellation conditions per rate: 

Non-refundable rate

• This rate cannot be change or cancelled free of charge.

Fully flexible rate

• This rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

The following accommodations are an exceptions to this rule:

Suitelodges Gooilanden

• For cancellation more than 14 days before the start of the stay, there are no cancellation charges.

Hotel Bleecker, Hotel Bloemendaal

• For cancellation more than two days before the start of the stay, there are no cancellation charges.

Another person takes over your reservation

Cancellation insurance

If you have a cancellation insurance through Dutchen and you cancel with a valid reason for the insurance, then the costs can potentially be recovered via the insurance.
