Reservation

I have made an online reservation. Is it definite now?

Once you have received a reservation confirmation via e-mail, the reservation is final.

 

What is the difference between the 'Non-refundable' and 'Flexible' rate?

If you choose the Non-Refundable fare, cancellation/rescheduling is not possible and you cannot make changes without a fee.

The Flexible rate is slightly higher priced but offers more flexibility in adjusting the reservation made. If you book the Flexible rate, it can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

 

The following accommodations are an exceptions to this rule:

 

Suitelodges Gooilanden:

  • For cancellation more than 14 days before the start of the stay, there are no cancellation charges.

 

Hotel Bleecker, Hotel Bloemendaal:

  • For cancellation more than two days before the start of the stay, there are no cancellation charges.

 

If you change to a more expensive period, you will pay extra for the difference in price. Check the cancellation policy for more information.


I have already made a reservation, but I want to book something extra. How do I do this?

You can book extras via "My Dutchen".

 

What happens to my personal data?

Your personal details will not be made available to third parties and will remain in the possession of Dutchen. Click here for our privacy statement.


What are the arrival and departure days?

This varies and depends on the month of stay and the park you have booked for. In the calendar at Search & Book you can see exactly on which days it is possible to arrive and depart.


Can I take an option on a booking?

You can request an option by telephone or e-mail. The duration of an option will be determined by the Customer Support department and depends partly on the number of accommodation still available and the time until the time of arrival.


Is it possible to book several accommodations (next to each other)?

Yes, it is possible to book several properties next to each other, subject to availability. First check carefully on the park map whether the numbers are actually located next to each other. At Villapark Mooi Schoorl a maximum of 2 houses is allowed.
