Welcome to Baayyvillas in Lauwersoog.


We have compiled this information folder for you to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Here you will find important information about your holiday home and fun, recreational tips for your stay. If you have any questions, you can of course always contact the park manager.

Lauwersoog is a surprisingly versatile holiday destination where you can enjoy beautiful nature and the unique 'Dark Sky Park' with its starry skies. The Wadden Island Schiermonnikoog and cities such as Groningen and Dokkum are in the immediate vicinity.

Cars at vakantiepark Baayvillas
You can park one car at your holiday home. At the entrance to the park is a general car park where other cars can be parked.

 

At the park

  • To ensure that the Baayvillas continue to look nice, we ask you not to park bicycles against the houses.
  • To respect the privacy of all guests, we kindly ask you not to pass in front of other guests' homes.
  • There is one swimming jetty per two houses, we kindly ask you to use the swimming jetty belonging to your Baayvilla.
  • When you go out, please fold the parasol and close windows and doors tightly.


Waste
You can deposit your waste separately in the waste containers on the grounds, behind house #10.


Hets
Pets are not allowed in the villas.


Children
Our park is for young and old alike! However, we would like to ask parents to pay attention to the following points:

  • When playing, please respect the environment and other residents and limit play to the area near your rented property.
  • Beware of doors and windows.

 

Bank/ Shore
The shoreline is very important to our park, we are dealing with a nature that cannot be controlled. We kindly ask you not to throw anything into the water and to let the reeds and other greenery stand and grow.


Charging posts
Baayvillas unfortunately does not yet have charging stations for electric cars. However, there are several public charging points available in Lauwersoog. Due to high energy prices, it is currently not permitted to charge your electric car via the home's power network. When reading the electricity consumption, we can see whether a car has been charged and will be forced to charge the following costs:


€ 15,- for 2 days
€ 25,- for 3 days
€ 35,- for 4 days

€ 50,- per week
