We would like to give you additional information about hygiene and safety during your upcoming stay.

Arrival at the reception

We would like to ask you to pick up the key and arrival information of your holiday home with only 1 person from your travel group at the reception (if available) of your park. Please keep an appropriate distance (1.5 meters) from the other guests at the reception. We will only allow a limited number of guests in our reception buildings; if the reception is full, we would like to ask you to wait your turn outside the building.

During your stay

Our holiday parks are small-scale, with no central facilities and no large groups of people come together. In order to meet the highest standards of safety and hygiene in the homes and at receptions, we regularly clean and disinfect all areas, paying particular attention to door handles, banisters, kitchens and toilets.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that keeping a distance of 1.5 metres is of crucial importance, also in the holiday parks and in the beautiful surroundings.

Departure

As a precaution, we would like to ask you as a guest to do the following when you leave your holiday home:

• Please remove the bedding from the beds yourself and put it in the special laundry bags provided.
• Please empty the garbage bins in your holiday home yourself and dispose of garbage bags in the appropriate bins on the park.
• Please do not wash your dishes by hand, but run them in the dishwasher on the hottest program.
