Arrival

 

You can move into the villa you have reserved from 16:00 on the day of arrival.

The hostess of your holiday home will welcome you personally in the villa. She will contact you by telephone a few days before your arrival to discuss your arrival time.

Crossing

 

If you arrive by car, you must reserve a spot on the ferry for the crossing to the island. To do this, you can call Wagenborg Passenger Transport on (31) 881031000. The ferry departure times can be found on www.wpd.nl/com .

 

If you do not want to take your car with you to the island, you can use the long-term parking spaces at the ferry embankment in Holwerd. After the ferry crossing, take the bus in the direction of Ballum - stop "Roosdûnen" - or use one of the taxi buses that will be waiting for you when the ferry arrives.

 

What is available in your holiday home upon arrival?

 

To get your stay off to a good start, we have already put a number of items ready for you in the house. Based on the number of persons for whom you have booked, the beds have been made and there is one towel package per person (a large and a small towel). For a baby there are no towels and bed linen available. You can, however, book various baby articles, such as a high chair, children's bed or stair gate.

In the house you will find a kitchen towel and a tea towel in the kitchen. There are also dishwasher tablets, and there are two tabs for the washing machine and rubbish bags. There are two rolls of toilet paper in each toilet.

 

Have you booked a holiday home with a jacuzzi? In connection with hygiene measures, the jacuzzi is completely emptied, cleaned and refilled prior to your arrival. It is therefore possible that the jacuzzi is not yet at the right temperature on arrival. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Our villas with sauna are equipped with a sauna liquid.

Do you need extra bed linen, towels or kitchen linen? You can book this at the reception. There is also a washer and dryer in the house, so you have the possibility to wash your linen and towels.

 

Departure

 

On the day of departure we ask you to leave your holiday home by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, so that it can be prepared for new guests.

Your hostess will visit you on the day of departure to collect the key. She will check the house together with you. If you leave early in the morning, she will arrange with you where the key can be left.
