Payment

When do I have to pay for my reservation?

Depending on the rate you have booked, the following payment conditions apply:

 

Non-refundable rate

  • With this rate, you pay 100% when making the reservation.

 

Flexible rate

  • For an arrival date more than 55 days in advance, you are required to make a 50% deposit within 5 days after making the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
  • For an arrival date within 55 days, you pay 100% when making the reservation.

 

Do I have to pay a (down) payment?

Yes, otherwise we will unfortunately have to cancel the reservation.

 

Can I pay the total amount on arrival?

No, the reservation must be paid before arrival.

 

Will I get a confirmation when my payment has been received?

No, you will not receive a confirmation. If you need it, you can request it from the Customer Support department. You will receive a booking confirmation immediately after making the reservation.

 

What payment options are available?

You can pay with PIN or credit card. If the payment fails, you can create an account via "My Dutchen" after making the reservation, if you do not already have one, and complete the payment. It is also possible to pay by invoice. If you decide to pay by credit card after making the reservation, you can provide these details over the phone. Please contact the Customer Support department for this.
