Cancellation

How can I cancel my holiday?

You can contact our Customer Support department to cancel your reservation and provide the reason for cancellation. Subsequently, we will check which rate you have booked (Non-refundable or Flexible rate), how many days before arrival you are canceling and whether you have a a cancellation insurance. In the case of a cancellation insurance, it will be assessed whether the reason for cancellation falls within the insurance conditions.For further information, please refer to the Cancellation Policy.

 

Is it possible to take out cancellation insurance?

As a residence of the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, you have the option to take out an Allrisk cancellation insurance; this is possible up to a maximum of 7 days after making your reservation. Please contact our Customer Support department.

 

What are the costs of cancellation insurance?

The cancellation insurance premium is 11% of the rental price (including supplementary package) and 21% insurance tax is charged on the premium and policy fee.
