This luxury 8-person villa with an outdoor area with a fireplace is a new holiday rental property! The villa is equipped with all the modern amenities and is the ideal home base for a wonderful beach holiday in Schoorl.
The villa is warmly furnished in a beachlife theme, with nice accessories and decorations all over the holiday villa.
The living room has a spacious sofa with various separate seating elements and a large SmartTV. The luxury eat-in kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner hob, a combination microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, Quooker boiling-water tap and a wineclimate cabinet. Both the luxury eat-in kitchen and the living room have double doors, allowing you to optimally extend the living space with the garden and the patio with the outdoor fireplace.
The spacious basement has two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a bathtub and/or shower and a wash basin. The other two bedrooms are on the top floor; it has a wonderful view of the outdoor area with fireplace. Both bedrooms on the top floor have their own bathroom with a shower and wash basin. These bedrooms each have a Dyson Purifier Cool AutoReact. Cleaning and cooling during the hot summer days.
In the sheltered garden you can optimally enjoy the outdoors! Enjoy a glass of wine together on the lounge sofas around the outdoorfireplace or relax in the whirlpoolwiththeoutdoorshower. On a summer evening you can enjoy a wonderful barbecue or cosy supper around the outdoor kitchen . And when the sun comes out, the luxurious sun loungers will offer you perfect solace.

Duynvoet 10 is very child-friendly; the house comes with a high chair, cot, changing mat, toilet seat reducer, toilet step, potty, children's books, (vtech) toys and stair gate.
There is a parking spot for one car at the house with a charging station for electric cars. A second car can be parked at the general parking area at the entrance of the park.
